As Revibe’s Head of Business, Trent Ho leads operations, business expansion, partnerships, and finance — bringing a deep understanding of how systems, people, and experience design come together to create lasting impact.

Before entering the wellness space, Trent was the founder of Waffle5 and Café5, two well-loved F&B brands celebrated for their creative spin on Belgian waffles. A true innovator, he mastered the fermentation process and redesigned production to optimise both quality and operational efficiency. His final breakthrough came when he transformed his waffles into a frozen ready-to-toast product, delivering café-quality results straight from a bread toaster — a first of its kind in the local market.

After successfully exiting the business, Trent transitioned into wellness entrepreneurship with his brother, Stanley Ho, to co-build Revibe. Today, he focuses on business optimisation, strategic partnerships, and scaling operations, ensuring that Revibe’s energy-first vision grows sustainably while maintaining excellence in every guest experience.
