1.2. By engaging in our services, you (“Client”) agree to comply with and be bound by these T&C.
 

2. Services Provided

2.1. Revibe Wellness Sdn Bhd (1589007-D) offers wellness treatments, including but not limited to infrared sauna and cold plunge therapy.

2.2. The services provided are for general wellness purposes and do not constitute medical treatment or diagnosis.
 

3. Eligibility and Health Requirements

3.1. Clients must be 18 years of age or older. Minors may use the facilities with prior written consent from a parent or legal guardian.

3.2. Clients must disclose any medical conditions, including pregnancy, cardiovascular issues, or other contraindications, before using the services.

3.3. It is the Client's responsibility to consult a physician before participating in any treatments.
 

4. Safety Advisory for Sauna Usage

4.1. The use of drugs, medication, or alcohol prior to or during an Infrared Sauna session may lead to dizziness, nausea, or unconsciousness. For your safety, clients are strongly advised to refrain from consuming any substances that may impair judgment, cause dehydration, or adversely affect their physical condition.

4.2. Clients are encouraged to consult with their healthcare provider if they are under medication or have health conditions that may interact with the effects of infrared heat.

4.3. Revibe Wellness Sdn Bhd (1589007-D) shall not be held responsible for any adverse health outcomes resulting from failure to comply with this advisory.
 

5. Attire Guidelines

5.1. Clients are required to wear appropriate, clean, and comfortable attire when using the facilities.

General Guidelines:

■ Choose lightweight, breathable, and quick-drying fabrics such as cotton or moisture-wicking materials.

■ Layering is recommended to allow easy removal or addition of items for comfort between sessions.

■ Hygienic attire is a priority to maintain cleanliness in shared facilities.

Specific Recommendations: For Women:

● Light tank tops or sports bras paired with shorts.

● Swimsuits (one-piece or bikini) or swim-friendly activewear are convenient options.

● For modesty preferences, such as Malay women, full-coverage swimsuits or loose, quick-drying activewear, including hijab-friendly sports sets, are acceptable. For Men:

● Shorts with or without a tank top. Shirtless is permitted if paired with swim-friendly shorts.

● Swimsuits or swim-appropriate activewear are the most practical options.

For All Clients:

● Avoid heavy fabrics, as these retain water and can become uncomfortable.

5.2. Revibe Wellness Sdn Bhd (1589007-D) reserves the right to refuse access to facilities for Clients wearing inappropriate or unhygienic attire.

6. Session Rules

6.1. Infrared Sauna Sessions:

■ Each session is limited to 45 minutes per booking. Additional sessions require a separate booking.

6.2. Cold Plunge Sessions:

■ Each cold plunge session is limited to a maximum of 3 minutes unless prior approval is granted by the team.

■ Extended sessions may be allowed based on the Client’s experience and wellness goals but must not exceed recommended durations to ensure safety and optimize health benefits.

■ Clients who wish to repeat cold plunge sessions must wait for the next available time slot, ensuring fair usage for all Clients.

6.3. Center Usage:

■ There is no time limit for staying in the center. However, time restrictions apply to individual booked services, such as infrared sauna sessions, as outlined above.
 

7. Booking and Payments

7.1. All services require advance booking through our official website, app, or authorized representatives.

7.2. Payments are due at the time of booking. Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are subject to the cancellation policy (Section 6).
 

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

8.1. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund or rescheduling option.

8.2. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.

8.3. No-shows are considered cancellations without notice and are non-refundable.
 

9. Code of Conduct

9.1. Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other clients. Inappropriate behavior may result in termination of services.

9.2. Damage to property caused by the Client will result in charges for repair or replacement.
 

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. Revibe Wellness Sdn Bhd (1589007-D) is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from the Client's use of its services, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

10.2. Clients assume all risks associated with the use of wellness treatments, including but not limited to heat exposure, cold exposure, and physical discomfort.
 

11. Intellectual Property

11.1. All content, branding, and materials provided by Revibe Wellness Sdn Bhd (1589007-D) are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without written consent.
 

12. Privacy Policy

12.1. Revibe Wellness Sdn Bhd (1589007-D) is committed to protecting client information. Personal data collected during booking or service delivery will be managed per our Privacy Policy.

13. Modifications

13.1. Revibe Wellness Sdn Bhd (1589007-D) reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time. Updated versions will be made available on our website. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of revised terms.
 

14. Governing Law

14.1. These T&C are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
 

15. Use of Client Testimonials

15.1. Revibe Wellness Sdn Bhd (1589007-D) values client feedback and may use testimonials, reviews, or feedback provided by clients in the form of text, images, or video for marketing, promotional, or operational improvement purposes.

15.2. By providing testimonials or feedback, you grant Revibe Wellness Sdn Bhd (1589007-D) a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display your testimonials in any format, including but not limited to social media, websites, promotional materials, and advertisements.

15.3. Revibe Wellness Sdn Bhd (1589007-D) reserves the right to edit testimonials for clarity, brevity, or appropriateness while maintaining the core message.

15.4. Clients acknowledge and agree that no monetary compensation, royalties, or other claims may be made against Revibe Wellness Sdn Bhd (1589007-D) for the use of their testimonials.

15.5. If you wish to revoke consent for the use of a testimonial, you may contact Revibe Wellness Sdn Bhd (1589007-D) in writing. Revocation will not apply retroactively to materials already published or distributed.
